A Week On the Farm
Summer Day Camp
A new and exciting organic summer farm camp where children can thrive in a natural and safe environment away from “city life”. Through small group camp activities we will promote a self-aware confident child. Children will learn hands on about organic farming & sustainability.

Cost: $250; $25 for 8-9am, $25 for 5-6pm extended hours.
A $100 deposit is required.

Our Teachers
Our lead teacher, Maria, loves nature and has extensive experience in working with children as a teacher & camp counselor.
The owners of the farm, Erik & Gayle, will lead daily discovery of special topics, sharing the farm that they have lovingly cultivated while raising two sons.
We have planned a fun wholesome variety of outdoor & indoor activities:
- Welcoming Circle at start of day
- Tend the garden: plant, water, weed, harvest
- Collect eggs
- Feed the chickens, cats & dog
- Yoga
- Treasure hunts & geocaching
- Free time – read by pond, play basketball or soccer
- Play in outdoor hot/warm tub
- Visit Windy Corners with a delivery, see how restaurant uses produce
- Crafts, decorate tee shirts
- Catch bugs & identify
- Discover pond life
- Find fossils & identify
- Sidewalk art & murals
